As part of a celebration of the 40th anniversary of New Music for Young Ensembles at the Bruno Walter Auditorium of the Lincoln Center Library and Museum of the Performing Arts Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 6:00 PM Joelle Wallach was the only woman composer ever to have won the New Music for Young Ensembles Competition—and the only composer of either gender to have won it TWICE. Joelle will appear as part of the panel discussion and an archival recording of one of her two winning works will be heard.
